Returns and exchange details

All sales are final. We want you to love your items, so please let us know if there is an error on our part, within 3 days of receiving the item and provide a photo, if there are any problems.

All packages are packed with care and shipped in a timely manner. If any damages happen in transit or lost in transit they are not the responsibility of Kayleigh Ashworth Photography and will not be refunded.

Shipping fees are not refundable on any returns or exchanges. Customers are responsible for shipping fees incurred.

Shipping policies

If you are ordering from outside of USA, please keep in mind that your order will take longer to receive. International shipments can take 2-4 weeks and may be delayed in Customs.

TRACKING is included with First Class and Priority

READY TO SHIP items are mailed via USPS within 3-5 business days after payment has been received.

Please note that delivery may take longer during studio closures and Holidays
